Therasauna VS Clearlight: Carbon VS Ceramic Heaters – Which Is Better?

0
I became interested to find out which infrared sauna brand was better between Therasauna VS Clearlight several months ago. Initially I just wanted to get an infrared sauna with carbon heaters, but after testing the JNH lifestyles NO EMF sauna (which isn’t actually no emf by the way), it didn’t really get hot enough for me to get a god deep sweat compared to other models I tried. This made me hesitate on purchasing a Clearlight, and I began looking around at other brands again, and learned about ceramic heaters and how much deeper they penetrate in some cases.

Ceramic Heaters Better Than Carbon Emitters? Lower EMF Or Higher?

It seems that there are two main go to companies for infrared saunas with ceramic heaters: Therasauna and Heavenly Heat. Now I’m a bit of stickler for low emf, and I don’t see any hardcore evidence that either of these are below 3mg in the seated position. (and by hardcore evidence, I mean someone like me that puts a decent set of meters on them like this)

I can’t help but wonder though, if the ceramic heaters really do offer more infrared light penetration for faster healing benefits. Would it be worth a temporary high emf environment, for the long term benefits of faster detox? I don’t know, but I am determined to find out now that I’ve been seeing a functional medicine doctor after getting my amalgams removed, and my test results keep indicating that my organs are not fit for chelation… meaning, I have to find another way to get rid of the heavy metals, and the best alternative method to chelation I’ve found, is a niacin sauna detox.

NIR Compared to FIR

Keep in mind I have already built a near infrared sauna array, in accordance to Dr. Wilsons specs, and have been using it in the shower for NIR sauna treatments. While I think it’s very healing, it’s no where near as fast of a detox as a far infrared like a Sunlighten M Pulse that I’ve been paying to use at a local spa. That said, while I think the benefits of near infrared light therapy run much deeper than just detox, I don’t want to be waiting 12 months to get these metals out of my body, and I believe far infrared will do it much faster.

Low EMF Levels In Your Sauna Matter

The only caveat, is that I don’t want to bathe myself in a high emf environment while I do this detox! Reason being, and this goes for you too… If you’ve ever had metal in your mouth, a root canal, a bridge, anything that used metal from your dentist, it’s very likely that you have years of metal vapor depositing in your fat cells. Now think about how well metal works as a conductor, and you start to get an idea of how your body just turned in to a giant antenna.

Ever wonder why some people are more sensitive to holding a cell phone up to their ear and get headaches, and other people do not? Ever wonder why some people have terrible allergies, and others don’t die from eating peanuts? This could have a lot to do with it if you ask me.

Clearlight Full Spectrum: A Viable Solution To Get Both Low EMF Far Infrared & Carbon/Ceramic Heater Combo?

I’ve been trying to get my hands on one of these Clearlight Sanctuary 2’s for a little while now, but the closest one to me is all the way in Tampa Florida. I sent an email out to the company to request a demo unit for review, or at least to get a list of local spas that might have one, but no response as of yet. This is to be expected, as I had no presence in this particular space before my own health challenges began to steer my life in this particular direction. Rest assured though, I see all your comments and get your messages. I’m still committed to testing and reviewing saunas until I find a reliable solution to my own detox problems here, and once I do find it, I’m going to promote the hell out of it to help you guys and everyone else who comes along thereafter.

If there’s anything you’d like me to add, or anything specific you’d like to see in my reviews, let me know in the comments down below so I can include it. Thanks!
